The FUEL to Lead Masterclasses integrates our associates’ executive experiences with the timeless business principles and standardized leadership practices of the legendary entrepreneur, MLB team owner and philanthropist Ewing Kauffman, “Mr. K”, whose pharmaceutical company experienced dramatic growth while maintaining a valuable culture. These principles and practices are shared and discussed in an interactive webinar format with participants, who will leave each session with valuable “things to do” to enhance their leadership impact. The robust curriculum is combined with an opportunity for participants to discuss their perspectives with Dr. Myles Gartland, Rockhurst Helzberg School of Management Dean. The spirit of these open sessions is that of “all teach, all learn,” where participants gain from hearing each other’s ideas.
